1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Surbhi Sabnani Label (the “Label”, “we”, “our” or “us”) at surbhisabnani.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. The Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of the Republic of India.

3. The Website provides information about the Label's collections, the atelier, and the services we offer. The Website is not, in itself, an online store. Pieces from the Label are commissioned and acquired by appointment with the atelier in Jaipur. Any prices, availability, lead times, and specifications appearing or referenced on the Website are indicative and may be modified at our discretion without notice.

Intellectual property

4. All content on the Website — including but not limited to photographs, video, illustrations, sketches, design work, garments, embroidery patterns, layouts, written copy, the Surbhi Sabnani name and logo, and the wordmark — is the property of Surbhi Sabnani Label or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. You may view and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Other than that limited permission, no content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, republished, transmitted, distributed, modified, uploaded to a third-party platform, or used to train any machine-learning system, without our prior written consent. The Label's designs, garments, and original artwork may not be reproduced or imitated, in whole or in part, by any means.

Governing law & jurisdiction

The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
