Bridal Lehengas
Heirloom trousseaux and the ritual of the first morning.
A bridal lehenga is the one garment in a wardrobe that is never bought off a rack at this house. It is drawn for one woman, cut to her measurements, and embroidered by hand over weeks at the Jaipur atelier — zardozi on silk, gota patti along the borders, a lining-tag with the names of the hands that made it.
Brides come to us for the classic reds and for everything the classic reds have made room for: scarlet with gold-embroidered florals, caramel and ivory zardozi, deep sapphire for the bride who has always known she would not wear red. Every silhouette — flared, A-line, mermaid — is decided in conversation, never assumed.
The first visit is a consultation, not a transaction. Surbhi sketches while you talk about the wedding, the venue, the women in your family who will sit beside you. Measurements come later. The lehenga comes last, and it comes right.

Caramel brown silk lehenga with a rich gold zardozi blouse and matching organza dupatta — framed within the cusped arch of a Rajasthani haveli doorway.

Sapphire blue lehenga with gold zardozi florals scattered across a sheer mesh blouse, paired with a flared tulle skirt — photographed on the marble steps of a Jaipur haveli.

Fuchsia pink saree with an ombre pink palla and gota patti motifs in gold — silk full-sleeve blouse, photographed beside a Rajasthani hand-painted screen.
Questions, answered.
- How long does a custom bridal lehenga take?
- Most bridal commissions take eight to fourteen weeks from the first consultation to the final fitting, depending on the density of hand embroidery. We recommend beginning four to six months before the wedding; tighter timelines are sometimes possible — ask when you enquire.
- Do I have to come to Jaipur for fittings?
- Jaipur fittings are the fullest version of the experience, but they are not required. We regularly work with brides in Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, London, and the United States through video consultations, guided measurements, and a trusted courier for toile and final delivery.
- Can the design be customised — colour, embroidery, silhouette?
- Everything is customised; there is no standard version. Colour, embroidery technique, motif placement, neckline, sleeve, and skirt silhouette are all decided with you. Pieces from our collections serve as starting points, never as fixed designs.
- What does a bridal lehenga from the atelier cost?
- Commissions are priced by the work in them — the fabric, the hours of hand embroidery, the construction. Bridal lehengas begin at a level appropriate to fully hand-embroidered couture, and we will always give you a clear estimate at the first consultation before anything is cut.
